Magnetic gear mechanisms have advanced to a promising future in transmission technology. Previous research indicates that magnetic might replace mechanical some applications. Small-scale wind turbines (SWT) with counter-rotating rotors were initially fitted by bevel gears are proposed be replaced coaxial train (CMGT). The CMGT is intended for use as speed multiplier order obtain maximum power at low speeds, due its beneficial of without physical contact. primary objective this study build dual-input will employed the system small-scale turbines. A built through analytical modeling an equivalent circuit (EMC), which aims predict flux density air-gaps CMGT. Several models within design constraints compared optimum parameters preliminary resulting from EMC analysis. optimized critical then selected and analyzed using finite-element analysis (FEA) depict performance SWT design. According findings, developed can generate inner air-gap 0.8314 T outer 1.0200 T. model likewise produces simulation results output transmitted torque rotor (output link) 8.7 Nm, 56.9 Nm rotor, 48.0 carrier pole-pieces.
